From an optional entry, the gymnast performs a Fouetté hop and switches their legs to show a split position at a 45° angle on the opposite leg before landing on their front foot.

Assessment
Can the gymnast:

Demonstrate a clear split shape in the air with a minimum of 150° leg separation and a 45° angle?
Complete the rotation?
Demonstrate coordination and straight legs in the air?
