Real-Time Concentration Tracker

In this video, I’m presenting a Real-Time Concentration Tracker built using MediaPipe and OpenCV. Even though I’m not from a Machine Learning background, I took this as a self-learning challenge and successfully created a system that analyzes focus levels in real time.

The tracker monitors eye blinks, eye-closure duration, gaze direction, head movement, and background audio distractions. Using these signals, it generates a live concentration score and can detect moments when the user loses focus or looks away from the screen.

This project helped me understand real-time video processing, computer vision basics, and how audio–visual signals can be combined for practical applications. It’s a great step forward in my learning journey, and I hope it inspires others to try something new as well.
