Ingredients:
Fish
Carrots
Bell pepper(green,red or yellow)
Pepper corn
Ginger
Onions
Garlic
Oil (to fry the fish)
Sauce:
Vinegar
Sugar
Pepper corn
Corn starch (1 spoon)
Water
Salt
Ground pepper
Banana Ketchup
Oyster sauce
How to cook:
Fry your fish. Set aside.
Slice the carrots, ginger, bell pepper (in different colors-optional), garlic, onions.
Put vinegar in a pan, once it started simmering you can add sugar,pepper corn and mix till sugar is dissolved. Add all the sliced ingredients. Put enough amount of banana ketchup, little amount of oyster sauce, salt&pepper to taste. After 2mins you may add corn starch with water to thickens the sauce.
Add you fish and turn off the fire after 2-3mins. Serve and enjoy!
