Halloween decorations have gone up. Leaves are falling. Temperatures have dropped, too, but you still want to take a dip in the pool for an [adult swim]. 💀 𝐒𝐖𝐈𝐌 𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐎𝐖𝐍 𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐊 💀

This is a compilation video I put together using footage of commercials and episodes from shows that played on at night (from eleven at night to two, and then repeating until five) on Cartoon Network's [adult swim] block in 2003, specifically the Halloween event that played on October 26th, 2003. Certain shows (like Futurama, Family Guy, FLCL, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and The Oblongs to name a very few) can't be used for copyright reasons. These shows were substituted with other great shows that played on [adult swim] around the same time. Think of it as a retro remix or a bootleg late night broadcast.

This is seventy-ninth video I've done like this, the nineteenth video I've done on Cartoon Network, the fourth [adult swim] video I've made, and the seventh related to a holiday. With other holiday-based videos, I really tried to make sure every single episode was at least loosely related to the holiday. With this one, however, there wasn't much to work with, and the original broadcast really wasn't that Halloween related, and many of the Halloween related episodes it did have are ones I can't use due to copyright issues. But even though many of the episodes aren't Halloween themed, hopefully the Halloween-themed bumpers make up for it. The episodes of The Brak Show and Space Ghost Coast to Coast are both webisodes. Night of the Living Doo is also inaccurate: while it did play on Cartoon Network and was added to the [adult swim] website, I do not believe it ever played on [adult swim] (UPDATE: It did play on [adult swim] on March 17th, 2002). But I included it because the other choice was an episode of Baby Blues that wouldn't even be Halloween-related, and I'm not the biggest fan of Baby Blues to begin with, so I went with Night of the Living Doo instead. It certainly feels like something that could have played on [adult swim], like Boo Boo Runs Wild. At any rate, I enjoyed putting this video together, and I hope you enjoy watching it.
