Описание: අද මන් බිරියානි පවුඩර් නැතුව ලේසියෙන් රසට ගෙදර තියෙන දේවල් වලින් බිරියානි එකක් හදා ගන්න කියලා දෙනවා. ගොඩක් වෙලාවට අපි බිරියානි හදන්නේ බිරියානි පවුඩර් දාලනේ. ඉතින් අද ඉදන් බිරියානි පවුඩර් නැතුව බිරියානි ලේසියෙන් හදමු. ☺

බාස්මතී හෝ සම්බා සහල් - ග්‍රෑම් 500 යි
බෝංචි කෝප්පයක්
කැරට් කෝප්පයක්
අර්තාපල් ගෙඩි 3
පාන්
ළූණු ගෙඩි 3
රම්පා කරප්න්චා හෝ කොත්තමල්ලි කොල අහුරක් විතර
අමු මිරිස් 5-6.
ඉඟුරු සුදුළූණු පේස්ට් මේස හැදි 2
අමු තුනපහ හෝ කොත්තමල්ලි කුඩු මේස හැදි 1
ගරාම් මසාලා කුඩු- මේස හැදි 1
කරදමුංගු- 4; කරාබුනැටි- 4; කුරුඳු
කජු ඇට, අඩක් හා බදින ලද - 10
තෙල් - 3 මේස හැදි සහ ගිතෙල් මේස හැදි 2
ලුණු
පොල් කිරි - මිලි ලීටර් 900 ( මිලි ලීටර් 900 බාස්මතී සහල් සදහා)
