This Vampyr walkthrough guide will show you how to complete the main quest "the sad saint of the east end" from Chapter 3.
After talking to Swansea, he will tell you that you need to find and confront Sean Hampton, who is believed to be the murderer of Harriet Jones. Make your way to the docks to talk to the residents about finding him.
Once you speak to Tom Watts, he will tell you where to find Sean Hampton, which will update your mission marker. Head down towards that area, clearing out any enemies you find in the hangers on your way.
Once you meet with Sean Hampton, he will tell you that he has indeed turned into a Skal, but that he is innocent and wouldn’t kill anybody. He then tells you that if you need proof, head down into the sewer and you will find the answers.
