Steps:
1. Get finance in order - save deposit, closing cost and additional funds
2. Get documents in order - proof of income, proof of identification, verification of employment,credit report, tax records and bank statements.
3. Get pre-qualification letter from bank
4. Value and assess property - I used a property acquisition firm "PALOPOLY".
5. Apply for mortgage
6. Pay closing cost and additional expenses - stamp duty, title registration, lawyer fee etc
