1980 Atari 2600 Brought to me with No Power. I didn't start recording till after initial diagnosis as I wasn't going to record. But what I found on initial diagnosis was a shorted DC input port and a questionable capacitor.
As part of my normal restoration I go ahead and replace the common components that fail over time. So video shows me replacing power mosfet, audio capacitors, and a couple of other components that help prolong the life of these vintage consoles.
One of the other advantages of replacing working, but old components is that often the video on the game has less artifacts and the colors are brighter as well.
