This video presents jeté cloche en tournant by Leonid Sarafanov, Farukh Ruzimatov, and Daniil Simkin.
A jeté cloche en tournant to the knee is similar to a conventional jeté passé (see video by that name), but with a full turn. The preparation into the step is a coupé (cutting step) turn in which the dancer plants his right leg and does a circular movement with the left leg. The scissor (passé-to pass) is completed when the right leg passes through to a split position in the air. After the split, the dancer uses momentum from the coupé turn to rotate 3/4 to a full turn, usually completing the step to the right knee. There is a lot going on in this step in a short period of time, which makes it look spectacular when done well, but difficult to conceptualize what the dancer is doing. Here are three great examples from Farukh Ruzimatov of the Kirov Ballet from the 1980s, Leonid Sarafanov of the Mariinsky Ballet from 2006, and Daniil Simkin of ABT in Le Corsaire.
