Full Recipe:

5cups/700g Icing sugar
500g Gluten Free & Fat Free Mini Marshmallow/Normal Mini Marshmallow is fine too..
1tablespoon Water

Procedure:

sift the icing sugar..
melt the marshmallow for 2 1/2 minutes in microwave or you use double boil to melt marshmallow if don’t have microwave..
Add 4 cups of icing sugar into melted marshmallow.
And add the remaining 1 cup of icing sugar while kneading it..
After kneading and the marshmallow fondant is set just rest for 1 or 2 hours to get firm..
Then after hours of resting you can roll your marshmallow fondant and cover it to the cake..
*If you have left over just keep in the close container..
