2019년 MP비누 방식으로 제조한 멘톨바디바를 판매했었는데요.

녹여붓기방식의 멘톨비누는 만들어서 당장 판매하기 좋았지만,
거품이 잘 나지 않고 건조하다는 의견이 많았습니다.

2020년에는 남편과 지인들의 추천으로 저온숙성방식으로 멘톨비누를 제작하였습니다.
여러달에 걸쳐 샘플제작을 하고 안전사항을 확인하며, 멘톨의 강도를 여러번의 테스트를 거쳐 제작하였습니다.

바디바의 특성 상 그랩감이 좋아야 하기에 커팅부분도 신경썼으며,
멘톨의 시원한 향과 효능을 더욱 살릴 에센셜오일 조향도 여러번의 샘플테스트를 거쳤습니다.

멘톨의 비율과 지방산(오일)의 수치는 영상에서 확인해주세요. ;-)
에센셜오일의 비율과 마블 비누액의 비율은 공개하지 않는 점 이해해주세요.


CP 비누제작시 주의사항

1. 안전사항을 준수합니다.
보호장구 (장갑,보안경,토시,앞치마)를 사용해주시고, 환기가 잘되는 곳에서 제작하고 있어요.
토시사용을 하지 않을 경우 비누액이 묻으면, 피부가 따갑습니다. 흐르는 물에 바로 씻어냅니다.
애완동물, 아이가 있는 곳에서는 제작하지 않습니다.

2. 초보자는 따라하지 마세요.
실제 제작시간은 2시간 정도입니다. 6분의 영상으로 많은 부분 함축되어 있습니다. 사용하기 좋은 안전한 비누를 만들기 위해 전문가와 함께 제작하세요.

최소 한달의 건조기간을 지켜서 사용합니다.

In 2019, we sold menthol body bar manufactured by MP soap method.

The melt & pour type menthol soap was good to make and sell quickly,
There were many opinions from customers that the lather did not well and the skin was dry.

In 2020, menthol soap was produced using a low-temperature aging method with the recommendation of husbands and acquaintance surfers.
Samples were produced over several months, safety items were checked, and the strength of menthol was adjusted through several tests.

Because of the nature of the body bar, the grazing feeling should be good, so I also paid attention to the cutting part.
Also, the essential oil steering has also been tested several times to further enhance the cool scent and efficacy of menthol.

Please check the menthol content ratio and fatty acid (oil) value in the video. ;-)
Please understand that the ratio of essential oil and marble soap is not disclosed.

Precautions for making cold process soap
1. Please observe the safety instructions.
-Use protective equipment (gloves, goggles, toshi, apron) and make in a well-ventilated place.
-If you don't use TOSHI, soapy liquid will make your skin sick. Please rinse immediately with running water.
-Please do not make pets and children in the place.

2. Beginners do not follow.
-Bonobono soap actual production time is about 2 hours 30 minutes. 7 minutes of video implies a lot. Work with a professional to make safe soaps that are easy to use.

-Use at least one month's drying period.
