Justice Ghosh Commission Formed Because Public Money Was Wasted in Kaleshwaram

Описание: The state government informed the High Court that the Justice PC Ghose Commission was constituted under the Commission of Inquiry Act to investigate alleged misuse of public funds in the Kaleshwaram Project. During the hearing on petitions filed by former CM KCR, former minister Harish Rao, and IAS officers Smita Sabharwal and S.K. Joshi seeking cancellation of the commission report, the government argued that CAG and NDSA reports indicated irregularities in the project. The High Court adjourned the hearing to the 12th of this month and directed petitioners to complete their arguments.
