Following hot on the heels of last year's offering, Battle of the Brothers, Tala Pasifika Productions returns with Nafanua War Goddess, another moving cultural experience that combines exquisite fine-dining, thrilling dance theatre with spectacular costumes, as well as authentic cultural stories and comedy from the Samoan fale aitu tradition.
We caught up with Artistic Director and Chef Tausani Simei-Papali’i to learn more about this immersive work centred around takurua, an ancient form of eating.
