This webinar will be oriented to oceanography. The 27-days repeat cycle of Sentinel-3 will be used to assess the impact of a typhoon event on altimetry estimates. The possibility of generating monthly sea level anomaly (SLA) maps with BRAT will be also discussed as well as the capability of the toolbox to calculate geostrophic currents and the current speed.
During this webinar, you will be introduced to Sentinel-3 SRAL altimetry data and learn how to process the data using the ESA/CNES Broadview Radar Altimetry Toolbox (BRAT).
