Описание: In this recorded CAP session, Shari Hartz (Treasurer of the Colorado Association of Psychotherapists) guides participants through a practical, repeatable process for clarifying direction, setting meaningful intentions, and choosing one small, high-impact behavior that supports real change.

This isn’t a lecture—it’s a lab-style workshop. You’ll be invited to reflect, write, notice patterns, and leave with a simple method you can return to anytime you need a reset.

In this workshop, you’ll explore:

How to “name your season” (what’s happening in life right now—without judgment)

Setting an intention for how you want to meet this season (calm, clarity, focus, grounding, etc.)

A guided visualization to activate insight:

Looking back over the past year (what you released, what you learned)

Looking forward one year (what feels lighter, what changed, what matters)

How to choose one supportive behavior (instead of overwhelming yourself with too many goals)

A simple way to evaluate behaviors using Ease + Impact

A brief SMART-style structure, including Emotion (why it matters to you)

Tracking, check-ins, and course-correction (the “pilot/boat” model—adjusting is part of success)

Habit “stacking” ideas to help the behavior stick
