On Wednesday, the Marion County Election Board released results of its investigation into a campaign video for Secretary of State Diego Morales.
Investigators found state employees using state resources shot some of the footage that was later improperly used in campaign materials.
Investigators say Morales refused to talk to them, so the board is giving him one more chance to answer questions. They could decide to refer the case to the state's inspector general.
