Nice mainly flat coastal walk from Amroth as far as Saunderfoot, mainly directly beachside for Amroth, Wiseman's Bridge, Coppet Hall and Saunderfoot. However, at the end of the Amroth promenade by the side of the Public Conveniences there are very steep steps to ascend up to Wise man's Bridge. Walking out of Saunderfoot the walk becomes quite steep but lovely views, well worth a small detour off the ath to Waterwynch Bay. After this it's a very long steep hill to ascent to Tenby. The views on the approach to Tenby are Fantastic.
