Ingredients:
3 table spoons olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper
12-15 Brussel sprouts chopped
1 basket mushrooms chopped
1 can vegetable broth
3 cloves garlic minced
almonds chopped
1 lemon
3 table spoons sour cream
1 bag of pasta/spaghetti
Grated cheese (choose your favorite)
