The Condo Coaches have been working with Board of Directors and residents in communities across the State of Florida, and the one thing we consistently find being the source of many of the issues we help resolve is communication. While it is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to communicate with its residents, they don't always do so effectively. Whether it's via email, text, or even in a board meeting, we discuss best practices and ideas on how to best communicate within your community.

The Condo Coaches is hosted by a team of volunteers across the State of Florida with legal, educational, and informational resources that assist board members and residents living under a condominium or homeowner’s association. The goal of the program is to help associations run effectively, efficiently, and on budget while helping residents who live in these communities address common concerns and resolve any issues with the Board of Directors. Each week The Condo Coaches offer helpful tips and advice on everyday problems, electing volunteer board members and learning the do’s and don’ts of living in a community association.
