In this video, I demonstrate LAB 2: IoT Webserver with LED, Sensors, and LCD Control using an ESP32 programmed with MicroPython.
The project shows how a web interface can interact with real hardware components in an IoT system.
🔧 What this project does:
Hosts a MicroPython webserver on the ESP32
Controls an LED through a web page
Reads data from a DHT11 temperature & humidity sensor
Measures distance using an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor
Displays sensor data on a 16×2 I2C LCD
Sends custom text from a web textbox to the LCD
Demonstrates event-driven interaction between web UI and hardware
