Aviation regulator Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has given its approval to Go First's plan to resume operations but with certain conditions in place.
In a notification on Friday, the DGCA stated that after careful examination, it has approved the proposed resumption plan dated June 28, pending the outcome of writ petitions before the Delhi High Court and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). It added that the airline "as a going concern may commence flight operations" subject to conditions.
