Haren Companies is partnering with Consolidated Fire District 2 on the expansion and renovation of CFD2 Station 22, a critical infrastructure project designed to enhance functionality, training, and firefighter wellness.
This design-build project includes an expanded 1,100 SF combined kitchen, day room, and dining space, along with new storage areas, remodeled restrooms, and a renovated training center and office spaces. The expansion also adds new individual bunk rooms, an 860 SF fitness center, and additional offices to support the evolving needs of Station 22.
All construction is taking place while Station 22 remains fully operational, requiring precise coordination and planning to maintain safety and uninterrupted service. The project is being delivered through a collaborative design-build approach with SFS Architects.
