We head up to Pisgah National Forest for some Classic Southeast Whitewater Kayaking. Let me introduce the world to Connor Cole! Connor and his dad Stan are after their PFD of Wilson Creek Gorge. We are joined again by Steve McConnell as he attempts his second descent. P5 makes a big step up as he steps up to be my partner in assisting the others on the river. River levels were rising and the rain was pouring. At -9", it was a perfect PFD level for our group...I just hoped it would hold and not flash on us...
