Ab apne haath ko upar uthakar apni ring finger aur thumb ko tip se touch karein aur baaki fingers ko straight rakhein.
Phir apne haath ko upar ki direction mein wapas thigh pe rakhlein.
Lambi saans lein aur is mudra ko 3-5 minute tak roz karein.
