Should I Play Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition In 2022?

Описание: Should you play Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition in 2022? I think the answer to that is a resounding "yes", because Icewind Dale is absolutely worth it if you are a fan of CRPGs and Dungeons & Dragons lore. But, it's also an older game, and that means caveats.

First, it's using a much older version of D&D rules, which means if you are only familiar with 5th edition there will be a bit of an adjustment, but it's not that big of a deal. You still have character creation, race sections that you are familiar with (oops we aren't supposed to call them races anymore, are we?), stat rolling, and all the classes you are familiar with.

But most importantly is the Icewind Dale setting of Forgotten Realms. It's the frozen north, and with the soundtrack and narration to boot, this is absolutely a must-play CRPG if you are a fan of the FR setting.
