This is the world's best Chicken Tikka Masala! It is even better and easier than the Indian version. Follow this easy recipe for the most amazing taste.
Ingredients:
Chicken: 500g chicken breast or 2x chickenbreasts (cut into pieces)
Marinade: 4 tablespoons Greece yogurt, 2 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/2 chilli powder, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon Turmeric and 1 teaspoon curry.
1 chopped onion, 3 cloves garlic, 2 small carrots or one big, 1x red bell pepper, 5 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil, 1 cup of basmati rice.
