Описание: देश-विदेश से आने वाले करोड़ों श्रद्धालुओं के लिए एक बड़ी खबर सामने आई है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ठाकुर बांके बिहारी मंदिर कॉरिडोर को लेकर एक ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाया है। कोर्ट ने कहा है कि मंदिर कॉरिडोर के लिए 5 एकड़ जमीन मंदिर के कोष से खरीदी जाएगी, और ये जमीन ठाकुर जी या मंदिर ट्रस्ट के नाम रजिस्टर्ड होगी। कोर्ट ने सेवायतों की उस आपत्ति को खारिज कर दिया, जिसमें कहा गया था कि मंदिर के धन का इस्तेमाल जमीन खरीदने में नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। जस्टिस बेला एम. त्रिवेदी और सतीश चंद्र शर्मा की बेंच ने साफ किया कि मंदिर कोष की राशि केवल जमीन अधिग्रहण के लिए ही इस्तेमाल की जाएगी।

A major update has emerged for the millions of devotees visiting from across India and abroad. The Supreme Court has delivered a historic verdict regarding the Thakur Banke Bihari Temple Corridor. The court stated that 5 acres of land for the temple corridor will be purchased using the temple’s funds, and this land will be registered in the name of Thakur Ji or the temple trust.

The court rejected the objections raised by the sevayats (temple caretakers), who argued that the temple's funds should not be used for purchasing land. The bench of Justice Bela M. Trivedi and Justice Satish Chandra Sharma clarified that the temple funds will be used strictly for land acquisition purposes.
