THIS HURTS!
What hurts...: my right shoulder. I am unable to raise my shoulder above my head. My bicipital tendon sometimes hurts and i feel it is contracting.
How you hurt it...: I slipped on the ice and fell on my shoulder.
When you hurt it...: about 4 months ago
Your pain level (1 is low, 10 is high pain): 7
Your age and overall health...: 63. I have no health conditions.
Any other information you feel is relevant...: i am taking pain medication and i need physical theraphy for my shoulder.
