In this video I get the flaps torque tube bushings finally fitted, and the torque tubs installed in the plane with the flap motor. I had some mic issues in a few places.. and I'm trying out my new logo / page name.
The "slit" method of installation worked fine. The bushings are exactly the right tightness and don't move at all because of where the screws are placed. I'm very happy with my solution and it allowed me to move on to the next thing instead of fighting with something forever as I was doing.
