Welcome back to Gruhinis world, Some times we get creative and try out few recipes which we might not have heard about. Today i am going to show one of such recipes which i have tried with prawns with a spicy & tangy masala and this is one of my most successful experiments which my entire family enjoyed a lot.

Ingredients:
Masala:
Garlic Pods – 10
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Methi Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Amchur Powder – 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves
Tomatoes – 2 small
Kashmiri Red Chillies - 5
Curry Preparation:
Prawns - 500 grams
Oil – 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Onions chopped – 1 small
Green Chillies – 2
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Lemon – 1/2 medium
