Washington Park Reservoir in Southwest Portland was still closed Thursday, nearly three months after its "grand opening" on June 14.
The new 12.4-million-gallon, earthquake-resistant, underground reservoir was completed in 2021 and serves more than 360,000 people across Portland’s west side. However, the site remains closed to the public.
