The Vice-Chancellor on recommendations of the Committee has approved
the following guidelines for smooth conduct of U.G./P.G. Odd Semester
Examinations to be held in Feb/Maroh,202l:
1. The Theory examinations of U.G. 5th Semester/P.G. 3'd Semester
commencing w.e.f. 01.03.2021 will be got conducted in Offline Mode. The
Revised date-sheets will be uploaded on the University Website shortly.
2. The Examination of U.G. 3'd Semester will be got conducted w.e.f.
06.03.2021 and the examination of U.G. I't Semester will be got conducted
w.e.f. 10.03.2021in Offline Mode.
3. The students who are suffering from COVID-19 or are having symptoms
should not come for the examination. Such candidates will submit a request
to his/her Head of Institute well in time alongwith a Medical
Certificate/COvlD report duly issued by the competent authority, then
his/her examination will be got conducted later on.
4. The foreign/other state students who will not be able to take their
examination will submit their request to hisiher Head of the Institution,
then separate examination for those students will be conducted later on.
5. While appearing in the Examination, the candidate will be required to wear
mask and will bring own sanitizer andtra4sparent water bottle. : .
6. The Practical Examinations etc. will be got conducted internally by all the
concerned Departments/Institutes/Colleges in Offline Mode before theory
examinations.
7. The candidate will be required to attempt 75% Marks Paper by choosing
any question. Unit systern of the question paper has been abolished for this
examination.
8. While affempting the paper, the candidate will use blue/black ball pen only.
