If you are a menopausal woman and you’ve been suffering with weight your whole life, I have an idea for you.
You might be relying on willpower.
For many of us, willpower often comes in the form of diets. There’s a specific food that you want, but you force yourself not to eat it because that is what the diet says to do.
You lose the weight.
Then, you congratulate yourself and declare the diet over.
You let out a sigh of relief and then…
You go and eat those things you desire.
What I teach in my Thinner Peace Process is how to actually lose the desire to want those things.
For my first 30 or 40 years of life, I had a big desire for potato chips. I wanted them - I desired them.
I wouldn’t eat them if I was on a diet.
But, as soon as the diet was over I couldn’t wait to go right back to them. I didn’t just eat a few. I couldn’t stop eating them.
That is over-desire.
In my Thinner Peace Process, I teach you how to decrease the desire or urge for these things that you think you can’t live without.
Thinner Peace is when you get to the point where you just don’t want it. Not that you can’t have it. It’s when you just don’t want it.
That is real power. That is what I teach.
