Taste of KOREA 2nd Edition

Описание: A la plus grande joie de tous les fans du "pays du matin calme", Hanmate L’association maroco-coréenne en partenariat de l’Ambassade de Corée du sud et la communauté coréenne à Agadir, organise la Compétition Nationale de Cuisine Coréenne " Taste of Korea" (Goût de la Corée).
En retour dans sa deuxième édition, Taste of Korea est un évènement gastronomique qui se déroulera le 17 Octobre à l'ISTHT Founty Agadir à 14h.
Dix équipes (un cuisinier principal et un assistant) seront en compétition afin de préparer le meilleur bibimbap et japjae, 2 heures seront dédiées a chaque équipe afin de créer deux plats pour le jury de goûter plus tard. Seulement 3 d'entre eux seront classés les premiers.
Vous êtes un amateur passionné de cuisine? Vous êtes familier avec des plats tels que bibimbap et japjae? Ou vous êtes tout simplement curieux de découvrir des nouvelles saveurs étrangères, un goût de Corée ? Il est sans doute l'occasion de montrer votre passion pour la K-cuisine.

To the great joy of all fans of the "Land of the Morning Calm", "Hanmate Korean Moroccan cultural Association" supported by the South Korean Embassy, has designed the event "Taste of Korea".
Back in its 2nd edition « Taste of Korea » is a National Competition of Korean Cuisine, it is a gastronomic event that will take place on October the 17th in ISTHT Agadir at 14h.
Ten teams (a main cook and an assistant) will be competing to make the best bibimbap and japjae , 2 hours will be given to each team to create the two dishes for the jury to taste later. Only 4 of them will make it to the top.
You’re a passionate amateur when it comes to cooking? You’re familiar with dishes such as Bibimbap and japjae? Or you’re simply curious about discovering a new foreign taste? A taste of Korea. It is indeed your opportunity to shine and show off your passion for K-cuisine.
