Codependence is officially my first extreme demon and first 2p demon after 10 months of learning and grinding. Funnily enough, each side of this level would be a new hardest for me since they're both about insane demone difficulty. As of upload date, I have the 60fps world record with 62% but around the 160k attempt mark I switched to cbf to make the process more bearable, especially for the sake of enjoyment. It made a big difference for me but certainly not as much as most other mainlist levels. I may revisit this on true 60fps.

I've played gd for about a year and was specifically drawn to this level from the start because the song is peak and tough 2p stuff intrigued me as a musician. Certainly lot of attempts were burned in the beginning during the learning process because I didn't really know what I was doing, although I still had a lot of fun through it all and wouldn't have pushed through if that weren't the case.

A lot of people ask if being a pianist gives me an advantage here- I'm sure it's helpful in many respects, though I will say that since I'm double majoring in piano and percussion performance, I believe that latter is much more applicable to geometry dash 2p skill.
