Welcome Address
On behalf of the Board of Governors, Chair of the Board Jeni Bremner gives an address
of welcome.
Vice-Chancellor’s Address
Health Sciences University’s Vice-Chancellor, Professor Lesley Haig, addresses the graduates.
Presentation of Honorary Award
Head of School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Professor Stewart Cotterill, presents award
to the University’s Honorary Fellowship recipient, Patricia Miller, OBE.
Presentation of Awards
School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences Awards.
Chair of the Board Address
Chair of the Board Jeni Bremner gives an address.
Presentation of Student Prizes
The Mayor of Bournemouth is Councillor Jackie Edwards, presents awards to prizewinners.
Students’ Union Address
Students’ Union President Louie Jenkinson addresses the graduates.
Ceremony Close
Chair of the Board of Governors, Jeni Bremner concludes the ceremony and invites the
congregation to stand. The Vice-Chancellor’s Procession leaves the stage and the hall,
followed by the Academic Procession and Graduate Procession.
