Ingredients:
3 to 4 Pound Corned Beef Brisket
1 Beer
3 Cups of Water
1 stalk of celery
1 half onion
Seasoning pack from corned beef
Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot
Set on MANUAL for 75 minutes
Natural release pressure for 20 minutes
Quick release remaining pressure
Remove to baking dish - rest 15 minutes
Slice against the grain and ENJOY!
