Accross the road from these is the new Lomas de Cabo Roig centre and is a good size only about a third up to capacity probably due to Corona virus slowing the take up of business i feel sure that this centre will be full in the next couple of years.
The close proximity to the coast and Golf courses makes it a popular destination for holiday and residential living.
