Namaste Beautiful Yogis,
this week I have a very special Vinyasa Class for you. I am sharing one of our membership classes. (to join my MEMBERSHIP http://www.alikamenova.com/membership... for weekly new classes. ) It is a vinyasa that was shot in a gorgeous location and we are going to work through the class with a quiet intention. We are continuing our "letting go" theme and this class will further serve this intention.
This is our 75th membership class and I would like to say a special thank you to everyone that supported me and believed in me so far.

I also want to continue giving free classes to the awesome youtube yoga community and this VIP class will go public so all of you can join us and enjoy a new vinyasa this week. I do believe we are all serving and supporting each other in our shared growth and in our experiences and desire to serve and give.
IN THIS CLASS Expect a lot of warrior one based sequencing, a lot of warrior 2 and 3 poses. Expect balancing on one leg, expect core work and we will finish with a seated stretching and shavasana meditation.
