Cheesecake Fluff
1 block cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
4 Tbsp Sour Cream
4 Tbsp Skinny syrup of choice
2 Tbsp Lakanto munkfruit powdered sweetener
Allow everything to get to room temperature. Beat all ingredients together until thick and fluffy cheesecake consistency. Taste and adjust to your liking.
Let sit in fridge overnight before serving

Chocolate Peppermint Cheesecake Fluff ( I didn't measure all of this, but this is approx what I used)
1 block cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup half and half
4 Tbsp sour cream
4 tbsp skinny syrup of choice
1 chocolate sugar free pudding packet
2 Tbsp Cacoa powder
1 tsp peppermint extract
Combine cream cheese and cream. Beat until thick and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and beat until consistent texture throughout. Let sit in fridge overnight before serving.
