So we're here today to inform the agents of our great product and destinations that we have to offer out of Belfast for 2019. So, TUI have a great range of product and today I hope to go through all of the concepts that we have. So we have differentiated products like SplashWorld, Holiday Village, Platinum Holidays. So, I really want to home in on those this evening and ensure that the agents are very aware of what our product is about. The consumers is very interested in the package holiday. It's gone very popular again, people like the idea of having a rep abroad and having their bags included, getting a transfer when they arrive at the resort. We're finding that the customers, the family product is very, very strong at the moment, people are booking a lot for summer '19, they like the idea of being able to get a free child place. We also have a low deposit going on at the moment and it allows people kind of book in advance, being able to pay that holiday off so when they do get down to the resort, they feel they're goin' on a free holiday to be honest.
