Come with me on Day 1 of my trip to Portland, Oregon! In this travel vlog, we hit the ground running with the best things to do in PDX, from hiking Forest Park to finding the best donuts in the city.
In this video:
We start by flying into PDX and heading straight for the iconic Pittock Mansion for those incredible city views. I took a short hike on the Wildwood Trail before relaxing at the stunning Portland Japanese Garden.
No Portland trip is complete without visiting Powell’s City of Books (the world's largest independent bookstore!) and grabbing a treat at Blue Star Donuts (are they better than Voodoo?). We end the day crossing the gothic St. John’s Bridge and grabbing an incredible Indian street food dinner at Bollywood Theater.
