Описание: JLive Music is our new series of live home concerts and conversations with some of Boston’s most interesting Jewish musicians. Acclaimed singer, Anthony Russell shared a few songs and stories about his journey from modern opera to traditional Yiddish. Together, we learn about his project, Convergence, which highlights shared themes between Yiddish songs and spirituals. Join us and enjoy meeting this important and fascinating figure in the world of Yiddish music. The performance is followed by a moderated conversation by JArts Artistic Director, Joey Baron.
