Fajin can be developed through the practice of pole shaking. This brief demonstration with a heavy pole outlines the functional integration of the lower extremities and spine with tai chi movement principles.
My core intention is to share my background in the martial arts, physical therapy and the Feldenkrais Method® as a means to generate self awareness and ultimately learn to be kinder to yourself and others. I will explore a broad range of themes ranging from the mundane and practical to the martial and spiritual.
