Taking the Cuzzi aspect out of the equation, we see HP Umpire Dan Bellino and 3B Umpire Cory Blaser engage in coordinated game management without so much as looking at each other: upon realizing that an unsporting incident is occurring between the teams that has the potential to become worse, HP Umpire Bellino immediately addresses Dodgers on-deck hitter Mookie Betts while 3B Umpire Blaser runs in from his position to escort Garcia to San Francisco's dugout.
And then Phil Cuzzi comes in and ejects Garcia along with Kapler. Garcia's ejection was for taunting and Kapler's ejection was for arguing Cuzzi's situation handling.
