🔥 KETO BACON CHEESEBURGER MEAL PREP BAKE
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef (80/20 preferred)
8 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 small onion, diced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (inside)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (inside)
4 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (for topping)
Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Burger Sauce (optional but 🔥 for serving):
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp pickle juice
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
Cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion together, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in pickles, 1 cup cheddar, and 1 cup mozzarella.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream together.
Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Pour in the egg mixture first, then layer the beef mixture on top.
Sprinkle remaining cheddar, parmesan, and sesame seeds over the top.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes, until golden and set.
Let cool slightly before cutting into 8 squares for meal prep containers.
Tip: Store burger sauce separately and drizzle after reheating for the ultimate bite!
