Surveillance video from a gas station shows a Boston driver crashing her car into a pump on Feb. 6, 2024, and setting it on fire.
Moments before this crash was caught on camera, the same driver backed up his SUV into a parked pickup and then lurched forward.
The gas station owner, Arthur Mantas, was inside as the SUV tore the pumps off their base and then smashed into two more cars on the opposite side of the lot.
The driver involved in the crash, who Mantas said appeared to be in her 20s or 30s, got out, apparently called someone on her phone and then headed down the sidewalk.
As of Feb. 7, 2024, it is unknown if the driver will face any charges.
