This one gets sweaty FAST! Be warned! Working for 30 seconds on, 20 seconds rest, this workout focuses on challenging the muscles of the upper body and core while blasting that heart rate!
As with any exercise, listen to your body! Don't do anything that causes you pain or discomfort (that isn't just the burn!)
