The City of Cape Town today unveiled the first ever blind-friendly park in Bellville. Budget left over from the transport authority was used to transform an open piece of land into a park with very special features that makes it easier for visually impaired children to enjoy the space safely. Children form the Athlone School for the Blind were the first to give the park, a test run.
