📑Ingredients:

Lauki ki sabzi (louki) (Bottle Groud) 01 Kg
Chicken 250 gms
Onions (diced) 03 medium
Green Chillies (rings) 01 large
Cooking Oil 01 cup
Ginger paste 01tsp
Garlic paste 01tsp
White Cumin 01 tsp
Salt 1.5 tbsp or to taste
Red Chilli powder 01tsp
Turmeric 01 tsp
Corriander powder 1.5 tsp
Garam Masala 1/4 tsp
Fresh Corriander 1/4 cup
Water (as required for chicken and frying masala) 1-2 cups

Directions:
.
1. Wash and dry the bottle groud.
.
2. Peel the skin of the bottle groud and cut it into big cubes.
.
3. Boil in a pot for 10-15 minutes and drain the water. Keep the boiled bottle groud a side
.
4. Pre-heat a pan on medium flame and add cooking oil. Add white cumin, diced onions and stir fry on high flame for 5-10 minutes until it turns golden brown on the edges.
.
5. Now add ginger - garlic paste, green chilli and cook well at high flame.
.
6. Add all spices, chicken and mix well. Cook at high flame for 5 minutes and then cover the pot and cook for 5-10 minutes until chicken becomes tender.
.
7. Now add the boiled bottle groud, garam masala and mix well.
.
8. Cook on high flame for 5 minutes and then cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes.
.
9. Garnish with chopped corriander and serve with roti, paratha or chawal. Enjoy!
